Hot Melt Butyl Extruder Machine

Our Butyl Extruder Machine with PLC control,it is our economic model machine.It also can extrude to Arc shape aluminum spacer.Sealing Butyl as the first sealing for double glazing,it is important machine when produce double glazing glass or triple glazing.

BASIC:

1. Easily controllable by Omron PLC control system with touch screen interface.
2. The machine comes equipped heating systems, alarm when butyl levels are low
3. Frequency adjustable processing speed, maximum speed: 28m/min.
4. The nozzle width can be adjusted using a hydraulic cylinder system, making the performance reliable
5. Nozzles can be adjusted to the spacer bar thickness automatically,( 4-20mm),above 20mm to 24 mm manually.
6. Timing function for production, the worker can set according to the actual situation.

7. Adopt Germany pneumatic pump, brand Maximator (as pictures above).

Option:

1) Working height adjustment system (Negotiate in advance of the altitude parameter, the highest altitude from the transport belt is 15mm,and the adjustment range is 3-15mm of the nozzle movement from the basic position to the highest position, including two mode: the one is 3-8mm;the other mode is 8-15mm,the default mode setting before shipping is 8-15mm mode).

2) Curve spacer added, for arc

17. The brush are high quality 1010 nylon yarn, it can clean coated glass, the shaft head are stainless steel; brush filaments are close, ensure the glass cleaner .

18. Reasonable air knife angle design ,easy to adjust the angle and distance and ensure the blowing effect is better

19. Aluminum frame positioning adopt longitudinal, horizontal positioning and is adjustable , so that the aluminum frame positioning more accurately and conveniently, easy for one person operate large aluminium frame

20. Low noise circulating wind system, and equipped with damper(air brake) function, has the effect of energy saving.

21. Siemens servo motor, ball screw control the size precision.

22. The large-stroke of pressing section can be pushed to 550 mm, convenient for maintenance
