ST05 Manual Sealant Extruder

Manual Two Component Sealant Extruder used to seal silicone or polysulfide sealant to the double glazing or curtain wall.Machine will work together with rotated sealant sealing table,work just stand in one place to seal the silicone sealant for the insulating glass.Manual sealant sealing machine with easy operation can seal to less then 200mm glass and more than 2500mm glass.

Feature:

1 The key parts adopt famous brand are imported, or made of high-strength and high quality stainless with thermal treatment and improve the reliability and durability of the sealant-spreading machine.

2 The agent system adopt two filter system, and improve the mixing uniformity of two components. The system is equipped with high pressure pipe line safety protection device and make operation and use more safe.

3 this curing agent system is fully closed and prevent the air from exposing to agent and get solidified.

4 the high pressure valve of basic material, curing agent pump(namely A and B glue pump) and proportional pump adopt leakage-free special alloy

5 Having the adjustable proportion system, added the two components proportion detection system, ensure the two component glue ratio and meet the curtain wall and insulating glass ratio requirements.

6 the rubber mixing system adopt international popular static mixer reciprocating belt, and make the mix more evenly.
