Horizontal Glass Washing Machine

Glass washing machine is used for the flat glass washing and drying. It's a necessary equipment for glass processing enterprise. Glass washing machine can wash common glass, coated glass and LOW-E glass. Washing and drying part can overall lifting, have digital display for customer choice.Our Horizontal glass washing machine can wash 3-19m glass.Glass transfer speed can reach to stepless speed adjustment according to the processing requirement. And we can adjust the glass with different thickness by using hand wheel and spring screw.Most important, every spare parts of our horizontal glass washer after strictly inspected before assemble and make sure every one set machine debugging well before ex-factory.

Main function and features:

1 transmission rollers adopt diameter of 85mm durable rubber rollers

2 main transmission adopts bevel gear drive with frequency control and digital

display. The upper and lower brushes are driven separately by three motors(upper

two, lower one)through belt driving to ensures smooth rotation speed with high

cycle life.

3 top frame of both washing and drying sections equipped with high strength

screw can be elevated by 400mm as a whole, easy to operate, for the convenience

of cleaning and maintaining.

4 three pairs of brushes(diameter is 160mm), of which shafts are processed with

stainless steel material, can wash hard and soft Low-e glass, normal coated glass

and sunshine coated glass. When washing coated glass, the two pieces of hard brushes

would be improved by the cylinder, protecting the surface of glass.

5. It equipped with two sets of air knives and one is straight air knives and the other tilt

air knives with large air and good effect.

6 The shield of drying section adopts special conduction structure, ensure the glass

washing effect.

7 it is especially suitable for supporting use of glass tempering furnace, screen

printing line, laminating line and other equipment on highly demanding for

cleaning and drying effect.
