The LBW2000PB automatic double glazing glass equipment adopts Schneider PLC control system with touch screen interface. Feature

The air knife is heated and its distance can be adjusted according to the thickness of the glass.

Each conveying part adopts a buffer stop function to avoid collision and reduce the wear of the conveying wheel.

The dry part has a water mist separator to ensure that the glass is completely dry.

The line has an automatic LOW-E identification system and a special brush for LOW-E glass installation.

The cleaning part is made of high quality stainless steel. It has 6 brush cleaning units and 2 stages of cleaning to ensure the glass is clear enough. A specially designed spout that adjusts the angle as needed. It is easy to clean and maintain. In addition, it has a water heating device.
