The cleaning of the glue machine is divided into two types of cleaning according to the interval of the next time use. One is that the daily cleaning is mainly the cleaning work after the end of each shift. There is also a thorough cleaning, mainly because the equipment is ready to be vacant, and the interval between the use and the next use is longer. The two cleaning methods are different.

After a class is completed, close the black rubber conveying pipe and the pressure switch, continue to output the white glue until there is no black color in the discharged glue, then close the white rubber pressure switch, close the white plastic conveying switch, and the cleaning is completed after the completion of one class. It is.

For a long time (more than 15 days), the equipment needs to be vacant: after the production task is completed, after the pressure switch and the transfer switch are closed, the glue gun is disassembled and cleaned with kerosene, and the pipe for conveying the glue is removed, and the air pressure is used. The high pressure air of the machine blows the glue inside the tube.
