Automatic Insulating Glass Gas Filling Line for DGU adopts automatic recognition of the film level of coated glass or LOW-E glass. The cleaning section adopts soft brush, which can clean LOW-E and coated glass. Auto Insulating Glass Gas Filling Line washing machine wind power is automatically adjusted according to the thickness of the glass (optional). Automatic Double Glazing Gas Filling Machine flat press gas filling section uses a servo motor to drive the synchronous belt, which has the functions of tablet pressing and inflation. Insulating Glass Gas Filling Press Line uses a photoelectric switch to automatically detect the length and height of the glass, automatically adjust the inflation space, and open the inflation valve according to the length of the glass to save gas consumption.

Feature:

1. This line is controlled by PLC and realizes the automatic control and frequency control of the motor speed of the whole line.

2. It adopts advanced assembly technique and solves the problems of uneven press and misplacement of the glass.

3. There are two operation methods in the control panel: ‘automatic’ and ‘manual’.
