Korea Motors Insulating Glass Sealing Machine

Machine feature:

1. The main components of the all-pneumatic glue machine (including the A and B groups of pumps, glue guns and safety valves) are imported from South Korea or made of heat-treated high-strength stainless steel. The reliability and durability of the machine are greatly improved.

2. Ensure fluid flow stability and improve mixing. The system is also equipped with a pipeline overload protection device to make it safer to operate.

3. The machine's curing agent system is completely closed to prevent the agent from being exposed to the air and solidifying.

3. Insulating Glass Production Line auxiliary equipment, hollow glass secondary sealing two-component glue machine.

4. Silicone or polysulfide sealant coating for four sides of insulating glass.

5. The B system is cleaned with two filtration systems before the high pressure output.

6. The pump (main pump) adopts a double pneumatic control system, and an alarm can be issued after the A or B sealant is completed.

7. The B pump plate uses two seals to reduce sealant leakage.

8. The mixer adopts stainless steel flow type to ensure high extruder, easy cleaning, less waste, and no leakage of sealant.
